The whole place is just so cute. You come inside and smell the Jasmin flowers. We arrived at 5 in the morning from the night bus and one of the ladies working there welcomed us very friendly. The several courtyards are wonderfully decorated and there are several places to sit - in the shade but also on terraces. The women in the kitchen are just amazingly warm people, greeting you with a smile and even preparing breakfast for you at 4 in the morning. The staff is incredibly helpful and tries to find a solution for everything - one of them walked with us around in the neighborhood to find an open lavanderia on a Sunday. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would recommend is to bring a hot water bottle as it can get cold at night - but this is just because I am a person that gets cold easily.

Free kayaks to borrow or you can go on a guided tour. I recommend the jungle walk with Jacqueline - a tranquil way to start the day. The food from the restaurant was exceptional - not a huge menu which is great as everything is freshly prepared.The rooms / cabins are tastefully simple. This is my favourite place to stay in Mexico - in fact probably the whole world!!
