It was more the staff that made this stay special. we came off season and it was bit chilly but there was always a fire burning or a tea offered. We even got a little song from Yassin who is sort of the heart of that place. His mother treats you with really good food. Mbarak gives you an interesting tour ! Expect excellent maroccan hospitality in a little oasis close to the dessert

But the best part are the people who work there. Always friendly, always helpful and even though they work in the tourist sector they make you never feel like only a tourist but as a guest of their house.

You’re literally situated next to the staircase that would take you all the way to the highest point at Ait Ben Haddou for the perfect sunset view. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They told us how to get to the sunset view and sunrise view. There are also shops on the way. It really helps the locals there if you buy something local so we did just that. It was a very memorable stay and the Kasbah was perfect to explore the culture.

Private parking is also available and free of charge. I must say that this was the best hotel of our trip to Morocco. We were treated like kings and queens. There was heating in the room (pretty rare in Morocco), the wifi was working, the food was absolutely delicious and really good value for money. Best meal and breakfast of our stay. They gave us tips about the area (for free which is rare) and they never tried to sell us garbage we don't need. They even gave us some pastries when we left. They made our stay perfect. Amazing staff. The room was also spotless and really comfortable. Thank you for this great experience.

The structure is simple but gorgeous, with a nice internal garden with vegetables and fruits. The hosts are a group of young, local people with an amazing project: sharing local culture and transmitting local values. This has made our stay warm and authentic. They prepared for us an amazing dinner, cooked on the spot, with fresh vegetables picked from the garden. We enjoyed the dinner in front of the fireplace. It was incredible. We highly recommend and encourage this authentic experience!
