Everything went well - the staff was more than kind - they did laundry for us when we asked, printed our plane tickets, packed breakfast for us when we went for an out of town tour.. Our room was nice - equipped with toiletries, had extra blankets, it was cozy.

Bien ubicado a 5 minutos caminando de la puerta azul . No encontrábamos el parking y llamamos por teléfono a Mohamed que inmediatamente nos vino a buscar . Habitaciones amplia muy impecable la limpieza . Buen desayuno . Gran relación precio calidad . Volvería sin dudas

Este riad está situado a solo 2 minutos a pie de la medina de Fez y cuenta con aire acondicionado y terraza en la azotea. If there were any flaws, the staffs Nadir, Omar & lady chef N compensated them all. The staffs were gems!! Very helpful, very pleasant and polite. The riad was just like what we imagine, beautiful! location was not too deep into the Medina, easily reachable via Bab Boujloud and the Batha post. Our room was on the top floor, next to the terrace and the rooftop seating. Bathroom with bidet for the toilet is a rare finding!! Dinner we had was fantastic and breakfast were nice and varies everyday, still traditional and adequate portion.

Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas y todo está muy limpio. El personal es muy amable y predispuesto a ayudarte en cualquier momento. Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, muy importante, nosotros viajamos en agosto y fue un lujo. En cuanto al desayuno, muy correcto. Sin duda, repetiríamos.

Riad Amir had exceptional service from the minute you walk into the door. The Riad is located near the main road and is only a five minute walk to the blue gate. The staff are warm and welcoming and even packed a take away breakfast the day I was leaving early to the Sahara Desert. The room and washroom were immaculately clean and the bed was extremely comfortable to sleep on. The Riad also offers great tour deals and will ensure all the details are taken care of so you’re able to just enjoy the experience. Would definitely stay here again next time visiting Fez. Thank you for your hospitality!

Amazing family running the hotel and very kind and generous too.... invited us to eat Morrocan food . The room was clean, modernity and exceptional to a very high standard. The location was good.....clean and organised area.not too far from the large carfour. The pool was massive part of choosing this place and doesn't disappoint. Thanks.to everyone and see you again soon!!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Mohamed took the time to show us what we could explore around the city and even arranged a guide for us. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Best of all, when we accidentally left behind a souvenir, they went out of their way to help us get it back by giving it to someone they knew who was traveling in our direction. We’re so grateful for their kindness—thank you so much!
