Property looks way better in reality than in pictures. Our room was super comfortable and felt luxurious. Lovely bathroom. Amazing pool which my child thoroughly enjoyed. Very helpful, kind, and smiling staff. Beautiful breakfast filled with local delicacies as well as as standards like eggs, cake, bread etc. They serve amazing fresh fruits during breakfast. My son fell in love with the mangoes and the staff were just so kind and indulged my son even when he asked for mango for dinner too (they didn't even charge us for this). The staff also organised local tours for us at very reasonable prices with most reliable car and driver. All in all, this was the best place in srilanka during our trip. Just go ahead and book it!

A unique, authentic experience with a beautiful pool. The owners were so helpful, they organized a taxi to pick us up from Negombo and one to take us to Kandy for very reasonable prices. They also gave us a tuk tuk to Pidurangala rock so we could climb it for sunrise, and waited for us to return. We had a delicious meal of Sri Lankan curries cooked by one of the owners - one of the best meals of the trip. We couldn't recommend this place enough.

Some rooms feature a seating area to relax in after a busy day. All units include views of the garden. Rooms include a private bathroom equipped with a shower. So first off, the owner guy is an extremely sweet gentleman, I had mistakenly booked a single room for myself and my spouse but, he accomodated us in the same price and let us stay at the single room it had a queen size bed so we were totally comfortable. He also made us a DELICIOUS breakfast the next morning and it was all local cuisine which we thoroughly enjoyed. The room was clean, fridge was well stocked with water, the bathroom was good in size and overall GREAT value for money. The guest house is located a little bit inside the jungle so it was beautiful during the day.

The infinity pool was excellent, great temperature, great views from it. Unique experience upon arrival receiving lotus flowers and being seated at a casual table with great views.

We had a great stay here. This place is brand new so the rooms are clean,bed is comfy and shower is great for a cheap price relative to what you get. They have a pool also, which is critical as sigiriya is very hot and you need to cool down sometimes. Breakfast had everything you need, The staff was very attentive and friendly. The location is good, not that far from the rocks and has restaurants in a walkable distance Wifi signal was a bit slow
