I am a 22 year old girl travelling by myself and for the whole duration of my stay (2 days) I was made to feel very welcome and safe. To begin, I was met on arrival with a cold towel, fresh fruit and a local drink which, in the Cambodian heat, was very welcomed. I was then led to my room which was big, comfortable and clean with my own private balcony over looking the pool area. The Jungle 'theme' was what made it for me. Down to the interior design of the room, this place really lived up to its name with a special mention going to the pool and restaurant area which really made me feel like I was actually in a jungle. Considering how central it is (literally a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Siem Reap) and being only 20 minutes away from Angkor Wat, this place was so tranquil and the perfect location for people wanting a relaxing vacation as well as those wanting to experience more of the nightlife. I would like to give Mr Chea (one of their drivers) a special mention for making my tour of Angkor Wat and the other temples so easy and for paying attention to the finer details of the trip. For example, as the tour meant visiting 4+ temples in the space of 4-5 hours, Mr Chea was always waiting for me once I exited the temples, told me to take my time and was very clear with his instructions. More importantly, after I returned from every temple, he met me with a cold towel and cold bottle of water. I cannot stress enough how much this helped me given how it was 34 degrees and I was spending 90% of my time walking around the temples in the sun and sweating beyond compare. Once I returned from the tour to the hotel, even though I had already checked out, the hotel gave me another cold towel and allowed me to shower and freshen up before heading to the airport for my flight home. It is these details that separate this hotel from others and what made my stay with them so memorable! I will definitely be back!

The service was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool area was very nice and the water kept very clean. Breakfast was good. It was really just a fantastic experience all around. I especially liked that there were tuktuks available outside the hotel for us to take. It was convenient and we always knew we were getting quoted a fair price because the drivers work for the hotel. In fact, the tuktuk rides to bar Street were free, and we only had to pay our way back. A really nice set up!

They were so friendly. On our first night my partner arrived feeling a bit sick. One of the staff members noticed that. A couple hours later, some staff members came to our room to bring him a ginger tea with honey to help him feel better. This was very unexpected, because we hadn't offered anything. Great team!

The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful and, above all, genuinely welcoming. The hotel offers a convenient taxi service to and from the airport, which is a huge plus given the distance between Siem Reap and the new airport. The food at the hotel is simply delicious. As someone who has tasted a wide variety of cuisines in all kinds of places, I can confidently say that the Cambodian fried rice and fish amok are spectacular. The hotel's location is ideal, situated close to both the night market and the riverside night market. While there are many dining options near the hotel, I have to say that considering the quality, price, and taste, the hotel's food and beverages are outstanding. The lobby staff have answers to every question you might have during your stay and offer excellent recommendations for everything. My only regret is not staying longer. I will definitely return!

Starting with the driver who greeted us at the airport with chilled drinks and a wonderfully comfortable car, to the ladies at reception who were incredibly kind and helpful. They even arranged all our activities, which turned out to be totally worth it, with an excellent guide. The restaurant staff and the food were fantastic (the amok fish was a highlight), and the spa was unforgettable—by far the best massage I’ve ever had! The free massage, airport pickup, and complimentary laundry service made everything so convenient, ensuring our stay was exceptional. Well done to the team! Keep up the great work—you’re the reason the hotel shines (even if it could use a little renovation 🙂).

The hotel is very close to the city center and most oft the restaurants, still our room was quiet and peaceful. Mr. Pich and his staff were very kind and always helped us, when we wanted to plan trips around the city. We left in the evening and could leave our luggage and even shower again.
