The hotel also offers free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. Loved that the kitchen was pre-stocked with everything we needed to make our first morning breakfast! I didn't realize this when I booked and pleasantly surprised. The beds were firm and very comfortable + 2 pillows per person, a luxury in Japan!

The private parking is available on site for free. Sincerely this was an incredible hotel. One of the best I did in all my ski travel. Expensive maybe, but it Worth it. I rent a car so the distance was not an issue. 5 min ride to hirafu village. Free parking at the hotel. Parking for hirafu mountain was not an issue at all, if you arrive before 9am you will have free parking. Everything is easily accessible by car, and the hotel is well located. The rooms are really spacious and beautiful. You have everything you need. Bedding is comfortable (I love the tatami experience). From the bathroom to the living room they provide everything. EVERYTHING IS NEET!! So much natural light in the room. They offered laundry machine free of charge on every level, with free drying till 22:00 pm. Also really convenient. WiFi not the fastest but do the job. Breakfast is very good (not fabulous) you have a variety of japanese and American food. They provide ski storage also. And it's hot enough to DRY your boots over night (a lot a place don't do that) The onsens are perfect and open to 11pm, so that's fabulous. I highly recommend this place. You'll have an amazing stay in Niseko. Thank you for this incredible experience.

Rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Niseko’s natural beauty. Free WiFi and free private parking is also available on site. not a big onsen but very good, hot and cold onsen tub outdoor, ski resort view is good, can see mt.Yotei in front of the hotel, the room is very good and so comfortable 😃

It boasts perfect ski-in ski-out access and ski storage, as well as indoor/outdoor hot spring baths. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Nice place, facility, got free private onsen for 1 time. Access very near to gondola hirafu. Friendly staff and got a ride to bus stop.
