Hotel: The Hotel itself was very very clean, the interior design was also of amazing taste. The big windows and the lighting made a welcoming and elegant atmosphere that i really enjoyed. The check-in was on the second floor and everything went flawless. The Hotel offers several restaurants you can visit, as well as in-room dining service 24/7. Room: Our Room had an absolutely amazing view of Osaka on the 19th floor. The room itself was the cleanest i had ever experienced, everything looked clean, new and fresh. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was extremely clean and everything was just on point. The TV offered a Chromecast and several other services like Netflix that i really enjoyed. Amenities: The room offered all the amenities you could need, from toothbrush to soap and conditioner. Service: The service was above and beyond. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast: The food was really amazing, some dishes are made fresh before you and the selection was great: western, japanese, european and even thai. All the meals were very delicious. The staff was quick and friendly during breakfast and i have no complaints. Overall: One of the best hotels i have ever been to, i would definitely stay here again. I really recommend this hotel.

The onsens were beautiful, immaculate and clean - and the hotel breakfast was definitely one of the best meals I’ve ever had! The late night soba hit the spot and the snacks were endless (popsicles, yakult, drinks in the lobby machine). Also loved the super comfortable yukatas and pjs that the hotel provided. It’s easily walkable distance from a JR station (just one stop away from Kyoto station), and there are multiple bus stops within a 5-10 minute walk that can take you all over Kyoto. It’s across the street from a 7-11, and right next to one of the prettiest parks!
