Such a sweet and welcoming family — they instantly made us feel at home. The location is perfect, fantastic views, and the hosts are incredibly kind. They even let us enjoy some treats they had left in the cupboard. There are also very clear instructions for the guests, maps and etc. We could leave our luggage early before check-in and pick it up later after check-out, which was super convenient. On our last day, they kindly proposed to drive us to the station because it was really hot and we didn’t have a car. Such thoughtful gestures made our trip extra special! Definitely 10 out of 10! Silvano is very hospitable. he also went out of his way to prepare my breakfast at 5:30am, so that I could go on an early hike. Very large room. There is a terrasse outside where guests can sit and eat whatever food they bring, or a large kitchen to prepare food. Very good communication in English.

The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher (including tablets) and a coffee machine. The owner sent us instructions for entry and parking in advance, we had the opportunity to contact the owner during our stay - we didn't need :-). We just put the keys in the box when we left. Stay with breakfast - everything needed was in the kitchen and fridge. Bread, water, milk, packaged juice, jams, cereals, coffee tablets... Parking is in the parking lot right next to the house, we had no problem finding a place. The historic center is a few minutes' walk away. Excellent location to explore - lakes, St.Michelle monastery, Turin - all within 1/2 hour. It was a lovely few days on the road through Piedmont - thank you

Sant’Ambrogio is close not only to Sacre St. Michele, but also to Susa and Avigliana, two charming towns, and other places as well. We should stay two nights.
