Despite access closures on one side of the train station and having to go the long way around, it’s still very close to the train station. The owner is delightful. The morning breakfast is great. I even like the details of the decor and plants surrounding the freight elevator. Eco-friendly and aesthetic, affordable… it provided me very good value for my short stay in Parma.

Quiet place with comfortable apartments. Not very large but the washroom is amazing and we had everything we needed. 10 also to the great communication with the host. The staff could barely speak English, although they were very welcoming!
