Attention to details, good breakfast, lovely path to the centre.

In a quiet, residential location, the B&B is less than 10 minutes’ walk from Galway Cathedral. The breakfast was excellent. The host had us sign up for a time the night before and it was hot and ready the next morning. The hosts were friendly and accommodating.

The Helm Apartments B&B can help organise golf or adventure-based activities. On-street parking is available on-street for a small daily surcharge. An excellent apartment in a fantastic location. The Helm pub and restaurant (located below the apartments) is an amazing place, the team, food (excellent!) and atmosphere has real charm. We enjoyed this each morning for breakfast and for dinner and drinks most evenings. The location at The Quay is great for Westport House, the working harbour and a close Westport town. Very relaxing and charming, but close enough to the action.

Leenane Hotel is family-run hotel, where fresh seafood from the harbour and vegetables from the hotel garden are used every day. Value for money, room with a nice view, good breakfast nice atmosphere especially the fireplace area. I strongly recommend it
