We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights in the king suite. The room was extra large with comfortable bed and bedding. There were excellent amenities and I particularly liked a luggage rack and full length mirror. Breakfast was delicious with daily variety. Wilmer was our host and was very helpful and friendly. The B&B was secure and located in a very convenient location.

Unipark by Oro Verde Hotels is located beside Parque Seminario and within Unicentro Shopping Mall, opposite the Metropolitan Cathedral and just 3 blocks from Malecón 2000. The reception was excellent given our very late arrival. This standard continued. We had a very pleasant room of good size with a view.

Contando con vista al río y un jardín, Suite Luxury en Puerto Santana cuenta con hospedaje idealmente ubicado en Guayaquil, a poca distancia de Santa Ana Park. I stayed at Bellini 3-4 for a week and really enjoyed the place. The one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a full kitchen and washer/dryer was very convenient for staying with kids. The 17-story building feels very secure, with guards and cameras throughout, and has an Olympic-size outdoor pool with amazing views. Guests are given a keychain tag to access doors and elevators. The location in Puerto Santa Ana is excellent, right on the promenade leading to Malecón 2000, with beautiful views of the Guayas River and city lights, as well as plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I also want to thank our landlord, Martha Montesinos, who was extremely helpful, attentive, responsive, and friendly. She provided everything I needed for the apartment, such as extra blankets and kitchen supplies, and even helped me receive international mail through DHL by providing the correct address. Overall, my stay was comfortable and easygoing.

Comfortable bed, good bathroom with good shower, kitchen you can use to cook. The flat is well clean. Location is next to a mall and not far from the airport and bus station. Good value for money. Owner is very kind and helpful, very nice host! Overall we were happy with the choice!

Very close to airport, main bus station, lavenderia and shopping malls by walking. Do not need to stay central hotels. With Uber , you can get anywhere for a few dollars. Kitchen facilities are enough. The apartment was very clean. Well decorated so you feel yourself at home. AC works perfectly. That's important because Guayaqil is very hot. The owner is very helpful. I strongly recommend this place in Guayaqil.
