Carlos was amazing, he always treated me like VIP. Carlos was very helpful with booking my tours, and just a very happy, friendly person. The views are incredible. I am so happy I stayed a little away from town. The views were worth it. To get to down to town, I followed a quick, easy to follow trail. Maybe about 6 minutes. The breakfast was so delicious and fresh. Thank you everyone at Kawa for the best experience!

The grounds are beautifully kept, and the "sendero" walking path is magical. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect and restaurant food was delicious. This is a must visit hotel if you're in the area. One of the staff picked fruit from their trees for a family member at 10pm because they knew she might want some. Simply fantastic service.

The room was so comfortable, clean, and had a nice view of the mountains. The staff were so friendly and kind - I had food posioning 2 days prior to arriving and they were so helpful and checked in on me often. The hot water shower was amazing and the bed was huge and comfortable. 10/10.
