The apartment was big and clean with all the things you need for a good stay. Very good location close to the market, the bus stop, the stores and the restaurants. The staff is super helpful and kind. The breakfast comes with a lot of fresh fruit, eggs, avocadoes! Very nice service at a very reasonable price. I would choose it again when staying in Santa Marta.

This hotel was exceptional -- our only regret was not staying longer! The staff were polite, helpful and efficient. The pool was lovely. The offered fresh water at the bar and we were thrilled to find a hotel that cares about the environment, instead of making extra money on plastic bottles. We LOVED the small river that passes below the hotel and we sat in the river for hours. At the end of our stay, we were approached to ask about any details small or large that could be improved at the hotel. This was so smart -- they are able to resolve small issues quickly and that is why the hotel works very well.

Everything was nearly 100%, the staff members from reception, cleaners bar members and entertainment were very friendly, the food was limited but nice, really nice private location, rooms were super clean and spacious. Amazing views.

We stayed a week at this small family run hostel 5km up the hill from Minca. The views are incredible. Many birds, including Toucans, can be viewed from the terrace. Our room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom a bit of a squeeze. Very homely. Very tranquil. Jose and his family are extremely friendly and helpful and made our visit memorable. The meals are simple and varied. If you’re fit and enthusiastic there are several good trails further into the hills. The small pool is welcome after a hot day in the rainforest. Motorbike taxis are frequent to and from Minca. Highly recommended.
