I really enjoyed the service provided to me by the staff, they were really kind and were super helpful toward me. To me, they really made the experience a lot more enjoyable. In addition, the customer service was excellent and offered us late checkout from the normal 2pm (!!) to 3pm.

I stayed in this hotel for one night because I had a long layover at the airport and I never regretted it. The property is around 1 km from Kuanzhai Ancient Street, 2.3 km from Wenshu Monastery and 3 km from Chengdu International Exhibition Centre. The hotel has family rooms. The location was excellent. The various amenities also felt modern. I found the laundry convenient, as did a number of other guests who I met while waiting for a load to complete. The atmosphere was friendly and helpful when I encountered any difficulties understanding the instructions.
