Right opposite Two Rivers and Four Lakes, Guilin Rong Lake Aroma Tea House, formerly Jing Guan Ming Lou Museum Hotel, is located in the city centre. It features collections of ancient Chinese antiques, modern art galleries, a Chinese-style courtyard and accommodation with free wired internet access. Great location, very good breakfast, especially the famous Guilin rice noodle. But I particularly love the artistic decorations throughout hotel and room with traditional Chinese painting and calligraphy and wooden furniture, some of them are real antics. Only regret is I that we stayed there only one night as a transit point to Yangshuo ferry.

Dreamland Inn seems like a new and family run business, the receptionist was really kind and knew how to speak some English which is not a requirement but always super helpful. They were accommodating and even helped us pay our climbing guide when we had issues. They had a complementary breakfast for us and always offered tea or water. The Inn is tucked away in a more village part of town but it had the most perfect view of the mountains. The room we stayed in had a queen bed and a patio where we just admired the mountains and rested on after a few busy days in Guilin and a rock climbing session. We had tickets to leave late in the evening and the Inn let us rent a scooter to drive around Yangshuo where we saw Moon Hill and a rock cave. When we got back we still had time to kill so they let us hang around in the dining area for a bit. They had just adopted a kitten and so we just played with it till we had to go.

They helped organize our river cruise for a fraction of online costs and packed our breakfasts to go that morning as well. Would’ve loved to stay longer here. We will be back. The property is super convenient, right next to the water bus, 10 minutes away from the main street, good location, good wifi, and good price! The staffs are super helpful too, help me on finding good traveling places, good restaurants and transportation.

The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. Lovely location in an old village close to the mountains and cave. Village has a couple of shops, cafes and restaurants. Only 15 minutes from the stations and city center. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially towards our young children, which made us feel very welcome.

The rooms were clean and was very spacious and the place was also very scenic, with a nice route for cycling as well. Everything was excellent, from the rooms, cleanliness, and exceptional guest service.

Really familiar atmosphere, David help me with a lot of stuff, searching touristic places and booking tickets for tour and transports. They make a delicious food and the best dumplings you ever try. The location is really beautyful, just in the side of the river, with a cool view and a supernice terrace. The room was big and supercomfortable. Raccomended place if you want to chill and just near to all the touristic places in Guilin.

Everything was more than fine and we really enjoyed sleeping in this hotel. Also, they have arranged for us a tour (cable car and silver cave) They tried as much as possible to comfort us I mean the hotel staff The staff gave us a tote bag as a gift before leaving and that made us happy

Melody and her team assisted my grandparents as if they were family. Besides the most amazing staff team, the surrounding views and scenery in this area is breathtaking, the rooms are just as seen on photos, and the room views are one of a kind. Melody and her team provided not only a place for my grandparents to stay, but a lasting memory of Guilin and the people you can potentially meet along your travels.
