There were some disagreements regarding the bill at the café, but the issue was handled professionally. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The location is fantastic, as everything in town is easily accessible. A wonderful place for a stopover on the Great Ocean Route from Melbourne to Adelaide. The reception was easy to find, and the welcome was very warm. Many small extras created a cozy atmosphere. I can highly recommend this stay without hesitation. This property is a little gem, I'm so glad we found it for our overnight stay. It was so cosy and comfortable, the kids wanted to stay longer. Unfortunately we had to leave early the next morning but Glenare on Read will definitely be our first choice the next time we're in Horsham. This is a 10/10 property.

The place was absolutely spotless, and we were left so many thoughtful food items, including everything needed for breakfast. The bathroom is superlative and the shower just perfect. The bed was very very comfortable and the heating worked wonderfully even though it was a cold day outside. The old milk bar has been done up a treat and this was the most interesting and different accommodation we have had. It is simply fantastic. We would very highly recommend to anyone, and particularly with a couple of children as there is much to occupy them there.

A spacy, well-equipped villa with a convinient room plan located in the heart of the Grampians. We really liked using the fireplace and outside grill. Rooms were very clean. The surroundings were nice with villas located on the edge of the forest, so we could enjoy a view of kangaroos and different birds in the morning and evening. Super friendly hosts that provided a lot of local info. Perfect!

Our room was close to the lovely swimming pool, especially welcome on a very hot day. A small table and two chairs on the balcony. In the kitchen it was handy to have a full size fridge. A microwave as well as an electric cooktop with oven are there for a longer stay. The compact bathroom featured a rain shower. Television is connected to Ballarat stations. We appreciated the park is small, owner-run and near the main part of town. When wifi access was difficult, the staff helped out with an alternative that worked perfectly. All in all a pleasant overnight stay.
