The bathroom was impressively designed with a clear separation of dry and wet areas, each of the toilet, shower, and washbasin was individually partitioned, making it both hygienic and easy to use. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, offering a great night’s sleep. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which featured a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes and preferences. It was a wonderful way to start each morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile and providing assistance when needed. Additionally, the luggage storage service was very convenient and efficiently managed, making check-in and check-out stress-free.

A recently renovated apartment in Vienna and within 1.2 km of Vienna Prater, ALON HOMES Vienna - Premium City Center Apartments features a terrace, comfortable allergy-free rooms and free WiFi. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Great location in a very quiet neighbourhood, very close to two metro stations (max 5 mins to each of them), just 2 metro stations away from Stephanplatz. Supermarket just 1 minute away. The apartment is spacious (even with a baby cot, our toddler had enough space to walk all over the place) and very well cared for, with a kitchen which was very well equipped for a short stay (we had to prepare food for the baby so we used it a couple of times and we had everything we needed in terms of utensils). The room and the entire building are very clean and cosy. Simple, but practical design. I know it's a matter of subjectivity, but we loved the mattresses, we had a very good sleep for the entire holiday! The staff was extremely helpful and easy to communicate to. They asked for feedback since the beginning and I appreciated that they offered to help when some minuses were mentioned. We will definitely come back!
