From front house to the restaurant pools porters absolutely everything and everyone is lovely. The manager Florian is wonderful he upgraded us to a suite when we arrived as we had young children and made our stay wonderful. Jonathan from the white restaurant was amazing , he made sure that everything was perfect for ourselves and the children and i have to mention Herra from housekeeping made my sons birthday memorable with arrangements in the rooms and amenities. I would definitely come back every time we will visit Abu Dhabi and i can highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

Truly a stay to remember 💙 can't wait to visit again! Thanks also to the super kind Filipino receptionist who took such good care of us during check-in and even granted our late checkout request (so sad I forgot her name but she’s absolutely adorable)!
