If you're hosted by Mr Kent, it would be 100% satisfaction. Super responsive, attentive, and helpful. He offered to help buy some groceries for me when I'm a bit sick to go out, and helped to go to the airport, which is only 3km away. Love the green space surrounding, with many trees, plants, also a fire pit.

Staying with Tuy and his family was one of our highlights of our trip around Asia and was an experience we will cherish forever. Tuy made us feel very welcome from the start- showing us around his farm and giving us some freshly ground coffee and foraged tea leaves. His place is very beautiful and makes for a relaxing stay in nature. We loved Quyen’s cooking, and all of the fresh fruits we were given, so much and she happily accommodated our vegetarian diet- we are missing her tasty home cooked food but she was very nice to show us how to make a traditional Vietnamese soup, so we can try to make it again when we get home (though it won’t be as delicious). We highly recommend anyone to come stay here, especially if you enjoy nature, peaceful living and/or need a break from the city. Also, we highly recommend staying in the Cabin house which seems less popular than the garden house on this site - it is a really nice building; spacious and cozy, and has beautiful views from the top floor. We really hope to come back to visit this lovely family some time again :)

Staying at Nguyễn’s, or Jenny (how she introduces herself to the tourists for an easier communication) was the absolute best way of ending our 4 weeks trip in the South of Vietnam. We were at their beautiful farm for a few nights, and we wished we had more time. Where should I start? Jenny is friendly, relaxed and has a good sense of humor. She makes you feel like part of her family, while giving you your own space too. I really liked her mother as well. While we couldn’t communicate as I don’t speak Vietnamese and she doesn’t really speak English, we would smile and talk through signs. We had amazing food cooked by her and we could feel her warmth in her approach to us. We loved everything from the coffee ‘lessons’ and stories, to the beautiful views from our room, to our walks and talks with Jenny. There was a lot of laughter but also a few profound discussions about life which we really enjoyed. We visited places together, she also helped us rent a motorbike for a day and arranged lots of things for us, including a trip to Dalat and suggestions on where we can chase sunrise clouds by ourselves and helping me order a traditional hat that we brought back to the Netherlands and which I absolutely love. Her husband is also very nice and their son an absolute gem! When we got back home, one of the first people I texted was Jenny, to let her know we arrived safely and that a jar with some Vietnamese goodies had survived the flight. It’s been two months since our trip (we stayed there during the second part of February) and we miss the family and the farm dearly. I hope we can return soon. Thank you so much, Nguyễn!! The staff is extremely friendly and enthusiastic, even the driver of electric sightseeing bus very friendly. The room is quite new, the resort has many beautiful free attractions. I absolutely love the fresh air at the resort. A really good place for relaxation and healing compared to other noisy and bustling places. I will be here soon for the next trip.

This is going to be a long review for Lavender Dalat Hotel and Resort. Travel advisory - if you are in Dalat or planning to visit there look no further. It’s an example of the highest le level of hospitality as exhibited by the manager there , Ms Ly Hoang. I have been travelling globally and have experience in stating at 5 start properties but I have never ever received such great services anywhere else. Ms Hoang took care of all our requirements , right from book taxis for us to travel locally , to upgrading us free of cost from a tent to a room, proactively checking about our needs , so much so that we had an early checkout out 4.45 am , she personally came (it was pitch dark) to see us off . All this with a big smile on her face . Small things like this are no more small things , they are BIG things . Thank you Ms Hoang for an absolute level of personal touch and care . Now coming to the property. If you are nature lover, you may not want to skip this one . The beauty of this please can’t be captured by even the best camera in the world. The view to the lake is amazing from the cafe . The rooms are very comfortable with lovely view to the lake and valley. The flowers in and around the resort makes its look even better. The resort is not far from the Dalat attractions like Dalanta waterfalls , clay tunnel , Dalat market and lake, easily accessible by the Grab ! All in all its scores a perfect 10/10 , and Ms Hoang services can’t be rated, they can only be felt that touch the heart.

Scenery, quietness, fresh air, flowers everywhere, quality imposing villas throughout Resort. Breakfast outside very relaxing.
