Staffs here were the most impressive things that engraved in my mind, so nice, friendly, and helpful. The property offers many qualified tours with the reasonable prices. This place exeeded my expectations! Cody was the best receptionist I've met in all my travels. He's very friendly and genuinely cares about making sure that I dont only have the best time in Da Nang but the best time in Vietnam. He answered all my questions, gave me food reco in Hoi An, Hue, and Da Nang, gave to tips to avoid getting ripped off and my son absolutely adores him!

The venue and facilities was really good and nice. On top of that the staff was very nice and they genuinlly cared about making the stay pleasant. Especially one staff, unfortenately I didn´t manage to get the ladys name, was very nice and caring. This hotel can genuinlly be recommended!!!

The hotel is in a good location, close to shops and cafés. The famous bridge was visible from the window. The rooms are very large and tidy. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We took advantage of the free bicycles - highly recommended. You can also book a massage here, which is very good. There is a free swimming pool on the roof and a gym. However, as we stayed for 4 nights, we got a 30 min massage for free. But when we changed our plans and stayed 3 nights instead of 4, we got our money back. So I highly recommend the hotel!
