This place has the most wonderful and kind personnel. Unlike often in 5-star hotels, the people working here are truly genuine and kind - not just posturing to be. The personnel made our stay memorable and pleasant and we actually enjoyed this place so much that we changed our travel plans and stayed an extra night here. And we'd definitely stay here again. Good and versatile breakfast. Nice and clean rooms & common areas. Great view from the room overlooking a river. Huge swimming pool area on a roof top. English speaking personnel.

Nicely decorated and modern homestay in a good location to explore the town by foot. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. We could text them even after we had already left and they would help us with reservations and bookings.

Perfect location near to a market and river x staff were amazing and very helpful x Queen, the Receptionist was awesome and she organised our Mekong floating market experience and they have scooters for hire at 150 Dong per day x the tour guide was amazing and she is called Clara Nguyen. Her tour was flawless, her English was perfect and she is a fabulous tour guide who took us to the more traditional parts of the Mekong Delta x we loved everything about our trip x the room was stunning and immaculate x simply the best experience x thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable xxx

This hotel is super modern and cool, it has a 24 hours gym, co-working area, launderette (which was very useful for us after travelling for a while) ans a rooftop swimming pool with incredible views of the city. the location is perfect to explore the Mekong delta and busy Can Tho. breakfast was very nice and staff very attentive and kind.

The staff!! The catering manager, Dean? I think, and all of the staff were so attentive. The hotel is only a few months old and exudes elegance. The interior design was stunning . The bedroom was so relaxing and having just spent 5 weeks in Vietnam from Hanoi to Can Tho , Charmant suites had the fluffiest towels and cosiest fluffy bathrobes of any similar hotel we stayed in! It was within a few minutes walk of the boats that tour the Mekong. The breakfast never failed to deliver no matter what your food preference was. Excellent.. If you stay, please use the stunning infinity pool.. so relaxing!

Best value for money I have have ever had at a hotel. The electricity wasn't working in the room I was meant to check into (which was already a great room) so the staff upgraded me to a better room for free. Large, clean, modern room with sofa and very nice bathroom with a bathtub, all for just a few dollars each night. Very friendly staff - I joined them for a barbecue in the roof on my first night.
