My friendly friend was always smiling and helpful from our late check in to our needs. If you meet this male staff, your trip will start with luck. Of course, the breakfast is the best! And all the staff are always kind. It is a great help for the trip. The facilities are excellent.

We like the accommodation and the friendly staffs. The location was easily accessible to the city and train station. . Very nice hotel. The rooms are kept very cleaned.They are all ready to help us with the tour guide. Breakfast was great. The security staff Nurali was very helpful and make sure that we are well looked after. Aziza and Javokhir were on the customer service desk and very sociable and ready to accommodate us. We really appreciate all their help.

I was not feeling well when I arrived here so I spent a lot of time in my room. I really appreciated the very inexpensive room service and I thought the breakfast buffet had a very good fresh selection

I don't think I've stayed in a cleaner, or more comfortable hotel room in my life. The towels in particular were exceptional. Great location across from Tashkent City Park which is great for families and people of all ages with entertainment, fountains and light shows and eateries open until late, and other attractions such as the wax museum and 7D cinema. I felt very safe walking around by myself at night. Close to a variety of restaurants and cafes, as well as newly established pop-up eateries. Just a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro and the I love Uzbekistan sign in Bunyodkor Square, Friendship of the Nations Palace and Shomakhmudovs Monument. Staff were friendly, especially the bar/cafe staff. Despite some negatives relating to arrival and check-in, the staff were clearly trying their very best and were helpful in organising transport when I departed.

the room is large, with a very comfortable bed. The location is excellent: 10min walking from Hazrat Imam Complex and 5min walking from Gafur Gulom metro station. The staff members are really nice and willing to help you.
