Reception staff on arrival were fantastic. Amazingly friendly and felt like they could not do enough. Gym was good, location good but staff were outstanding. The whole family enjoyed breakfast.

    Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was ok. Received 3 different answers when I inquired how much it would be to extend until 5 pm. But whatever. Location was excellent for my needs. Free parking- spots always available. Will be staying again soon.

    Great location! Right off the highway ! Train station is less than 5 mins away. Texas Roadhouse in the same parking lot . Room was beautiful and clean.

    The room was clean and comfortable. Sometimes pet-friendly rooms are a bit worn, but not the West Haven. The breakfast was good, and was replenished several times throughout the morning, The grounds were clean, and on Christmas morning I noticed an employee picking up trash in the parking lot,
