We had a great stay at the Gnome Home. The house is small but we found it perfectly spacious for a couple. It's got all the amenities one may need including cooking gear, a washer and a drier, and a cute little hot tub with views of the forest :) It was a good location, around 20 minute drive from Mt Rainier park entrance and a couple minutes from town with shops and restaurants, but the house itself is comfortable enough to just spend time there relaxing. It's adjacent to another small house and surrounded by other cabins, but the area was very quiet.

This cabin was the perfect place for our day hiking trips. Interior just perfect, quite and cozy. Supermarket nearby. Some visits by the local elk herd. Superb views from the patio while cooling down the thighs. Kitchen fully stuffed, even small consumables were available. Would book this place again if we ever come back to this region.

The cabin was so well equipped and had way more available than I would have expected. Very comfortable and cozy and my kids loved the staircase and having a whole loft floor to themselves. The grills and fire pit were a nice touch too and it was so relaxing to sit on the porch in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee.

    This was a good location for us to access Mt. Rainier (about an hour drive). The staff for the most part was pleasant and the rooms were exactly what we had booked. Parking was plentiful and there were little snacks available in the lobby for us to munch on.

    The room was large enough and the furnishings are nice.The wifi was easy to log into and worked well. It is a quiet location and lots of parking. There was a microwave and frig in the room. The beds are very comfortable.
