The hotel surpassed our expectations - it was modern and clean and bright, in a quiet location with ample free parking. The room was way more spacious than we expected, the seating area was of a comfortable size, the sofa bed was a double-sized bed, the table on wheels could be pushed to seating area for us to use it as our dining/gathering area, the kitchenette was a good area for us to leave our snacks and drinks, there was ample table-top and storage space for all 4 of us. Bathroom amenities and layout (no bathtub but a generous-sized shower cubicle) worked well for us. Good breakfast (cute mini-waffle maker) included.

Most of the staffs at the front desk are friendly and very helpful and also patience. The morning view was nice outside the hallway.

The water was shut off at 9:00am, no advance warning was given until after I checked in. I was charged more than what was in the contract even though I did not have any incidentals. Was told there was no coffee or tea around 8:45am because of the kitchen being closed early due to plumbing. Definitely would appreciate partial or full refund of my stay.

Perfect location for our trip to a local vineyard (Wente). All Staff were very helpful and polite - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is clean. The room was clean, spacious and with good aircon. The bathroom was well equipped and the towels were thick! Breakfast was just fine too.

Really nice Hotel, very clean and comfy. Breakfast with lot of choice, Waffles baguels fruits , Coffee joices, even almond Milk. Nice outdoor Pool.

The best Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in. Immaculately presented inside and out. Amazing manicured gardens and enormous rose gardens. The staff were friendly and helpful. We don’t give out ‘tens’ easily, but this one deserves it.
