    Parking is in bad condition and ugly. They told me that the city of Evanston owns and will be improving it. I have suggested that at least, the hotel paint the entrance from the parking in Holiday Inn green.

    The hotel was easy to find . Parking was available at extra cost. t The breakfast wasn't included but was very good for a reasonable price. The beds were comfortable and the staff we dealt with were very friendly.

    Pillows and bedding were awesome!!! Location is superior!! Loved the view from my room. Desk staff kindly refunded one night of garage overnight parking which my daughter didn't use. I had stayed there about 15 years ago when it was a Best Western and it is 100% better now!!!!!!!!!
