the room was nice and in the right location . House keeper was great ! Heater never worked correctly we had to keep it on 78 or it wouldn't come on at all we told front desk . The front desk sent maintenance and maintenance said we had to keep it up to 78 tp have it come on . so the room was either to hot or to cold .

Being on the bay was great. The inner atrium is relaxing and beautifully landscaped. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Having a free happy hour every night and a great breakfast each morning is a plus. Indoor pool is fun. The staff are amazingly nice and very knowledgeable. Definitely a great place to stay between flights or for a visit to the Bay Area.

Clean, large, comfortable room and the usual omelette, sausage, waffles, etc breakfast. No resort fee and free parking. Close to airport and a bargain for overnight stay when traveling from or to SFO.

Everything was good except the landscaping of the property. Grass and weeds were not taken care off along side the shore line. Parking lot was very sloppy. It wasn’t what I expected from a Holiday Inn property. Otherwise the inside the building was well maintained except some weird smell from the room. The staff was nice and gave us a room spray to deal with that. Overall inside the building was good. Nice view from the first floor dining area.

Itʻs very quiet, even though the airport is nearby. There are a couple of places to eat next door. We felt safe walking across the parking lot to the restaurants. Rooms were clean and roomy. Breakfast selection was very good!

Large room which was very clean and very well equipped. Decent free breakfast. Free parking (makes a welcome change compares to other airport hotels!). The gym is decent enough and has most of what you need. Overall, The Bay Landing is exceptional value and I highly recommend it.
