Extremely friendly and helpful receptionists. The atmosphere is very nice and You feel like being a part of a big family. The location is beautiful midst oaks and subtropical plants.

Exactly how we pictured the stay , rustic cosy cabin updated just enough like the shower cubicle all functioning applicances good pans etc but love the vintage details (kitchen tiles) and WOW a whistling kettle (thank you from us Brits), Cabin 3 was actually perfectly tucked out the way by the river between amazing redwoods. The site is perfect for walks to Henry Cowell hikes although we didn't brave crossing the river to it; just listened to the water whilst wrapped in my blanket drinking tea on the deck. One evening we did the HC redwood loop the next day we headed all the way through to the top of the hills what amazing views and secenery on sandy trails and lovely birds. Everything you need in the cabin to feel like home and a very comfy bed and perfect stop on our californian tour to see even more redwoods and cabin in the redwoods was just amazing. Thanks to Lisa for a welcoming stay.

After a first (lesser) impression upon arrival, you are surprised when you enter the room. Convenient with access code on the door. Everything is there, clean towels, nice shower, comfortable bed, plates/cutlery for when you want to eat something, coffee machine. Lovely terrace behind the room with 2 nice chairs.

The staff is very professional and friendly. The check in process was easy and my room was ready when I arrived. There is ample parking and we found a spot near our room. The room was clean and well apportioned. Everything in the room worked perfectly.

I had a patio, wasn't viewable private but none the least I had a patio to myself. The distance was wonderful, close to the beach without the crowd, however at the top of a steep incline. A comfortable shower, a bit firm of a bed in a snug room. For the price it was top notch for access and affordable for a holiday weekend.
