Very good breakfast lots of assortments to start your day. Super clean hotel. Maids do a wonderful job cleaning and disinfecting rooms. The whole hotel was well maintained and cleaned daily. Wednesday get together a big plus.

    Our stay in this hotel was very pleasant. Everything was nice nd clean. THe location was good for us since we wanted to spend the evening in a music bar around the corner. We had valet parking, which was necessary downtown Austin. We received bottles of water when we checked in. Very thoughtful.

    Terrance and Leanne at the front desk provided exceptional customer service. I added an extra night with zero issues and was able to stay in the same room. The hotel was extremely clean from the moment I walked in the lobby, utilized elevators, the entire stay in my suite, the back parking lot. The location was in a conveniently located, lit area and I felt safe throughout my entire stay. I will definitely stay here again!

    Breakfast was great, and the room was taken care of while we were out. The valet parking was expensive, but the staff was great. I like that we could leave our belongings in the lobby after we checked out while visiting a museum.

    The room was very spacious and clean with a full size refrigerator and microwave and a cooktop although we did not utilize those things as we were only there one night, but everything was like brand new and very well kept. Nice location the grounds were well kept and there was no loitering in the parking lot at night all was secure. Highly recommend.
