This accommodation far exceeded our expectations. Firstly, it was my first time to Alishan and I had many queries which the host was very responsive to answer all of them. She was very kind to help my family to arrange transport to pick us up from Chiayi HSR and got the driver to tour us around Alishan. Secondly, the views from the room were incredible. Thirdly, we enjoyed our showers daily due to the high water pressure. To add on, the beds provided in both rooms were very comfortable. Lastly, the common area was very clean and great place for us to have our take-out meals. My family and I enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely stay at this very same place in the future.

Excellent stay, fantastic view: we spent 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast, including fresh dripping coffee, was the best of the entire trip. In short, an excellent address, a stone's throw from the Tea and Mist Trail, and 45 minutes by bus from Alishan.

Outstanding. Comfortable, exceptionally clean. Spacious with very comfortable beds. Best place we have stayed so far on our cycle trip of Taiwan. Beautiful sunrise from the balcony outside our room. Lovely restaurant next door.

Room is big and comfortable and has a good view of the mountain. We could see sunset and sunrise on the top of the building. The magnificent view of sunset was such an experience that we will remember for a long time. The owner is very friendly as well. We pre-booked the hotpot dinner and it was delicious.

The property was very comfortable with new and modern facilities. Our host Carol was truly exceptional - a great communicator (fluent English), full of helpful suggestions about how to pass our time there, she also introduced us to the Tea Master owner (our trip was partly tea / business related). He was also very generous with his time and expertise. The breakfasts we had there were delicious. Carol also suggested some great places to eat in neighbouring villages. We were sad to leave. She really made our stay special. Top marks.

The location was amazing and the married couple who ran the minsu was exceptionally kind. We had travelled to Alishan via public transport, so the couple offered to drive us from the minsu into town for dinner, and then back again. They were so welcoming, and were also able to accomodate our dietary restrictions (both vegetarian) for breakfast, which was very delicious! We were only able to stay for 1 night, but there's so much to see at Alishan, so we're definitely looking forward to coming back and staying here again!
