High quality hotel, perfect location just 2 minutes from the station, staff is nice and free desert bar was a nice touch. Rooftop restauraunt a bit expensive but worth the views especially at night.

The hotel was immaculately clean. The staff were always on hand to help, and the free shuttle service was convenient. The location of the hotel is also great, only a short walk to the red line, and very close to the Raohe night market. My only points when it comes to improvement are that the bathroom lighting is quite dim, and it was hard to see clearly in the large mirror, so I had to use a small side mirror with a ring light, and the bathrobe was quite small and didn’t fit, but these are minor. I’d gladly stay here again next time I’m in Kaohsiung!

I liked the mindfulness of the hotel, which becomes manifest in a lot of small details: - the free fruits in front of the elevator - free usage of washing machine and dryer on 5F - take-away umbrella at the entrance - Nespresso coffee machine in the room and additional free snack - Fabric refresher at the wardrobe Actually, they had also the most modern Taiwan style bidet seats :-)
