‏really.. everything about Susuna hotel was great ‏One of the best experiences I've ever had ‏Staff, facilities, rooms,house keeping, restaurants ‏ Most importantly, the staff is more than wonderful, especially the front office manager, Mr. Hakan, and the young man at the gate, Ogun (I hope I wrote his name correctly) and all the restaurant and spa staff. Great location in terms of getting there from the airport - just 30 mins by taxi (and the cost is reasonable too!). Wonderful territory! The rooms are so cozy too. There is everything you need for a perfect vacation (even if you are with kids): + several beaches - one with a bar and music, one in a silent area, one with the sand and not a deep water + delicious food and good cocktails (I wasn't expecting much there and I was really surprized) + night shows - good ones! In the city, they would charge for such shows half the price of the night stay in this hotel :D + 2 pools + kids zone & activities. We do not have kids yet but I was amazed by the program for kids - every day from 10am to 5pm they entertain kids with interesting activities. + huge territory, there's even a small garden and mini-zoo with chicken, ducks, and goats. + Starbucks :) + Nice stuff + it feels like you're really in the nature. You can even grab a pomegranate from a tree :)

clean beach with clear and calm water full of fish to watch, beautiful pool, friendly and helpful staff, very beautiful landscaping and flowers every where , super big dining area and buffet with so many options to choose , beautiful white villas with balcony and flowers around it. I got a Turkish bath and massage which was wonderful and the name of the lady helped me was Rose. whatever i say is not enough to describe the beauty of the place .

Loved the staff, the location, the apartment, every thing. Pool was not heated so couldn’t swim. I understand it was an apartment and not hotel so not all facilities available at the hotel would be here. Loved our stay and no regrets at all. This place was our best decision to stay in bodrum

Calm and relaxing environment. Service is exceptional. I noted some of the staff members who were brillant but really everyone was great. Okan, Gizem, Huel (may be spelled wrong) on reception, and Ayhan at the pool, and Emin, Gezole, Gotze at breakfast and throughout the day. Really helpful and friendly staff. I must also mention Haluiol from the TNT spa who sorted us out for a day at the spa and facilities in neighbouring hotel which was also perfect. Something which was not apparent at first but the hot food served at the bar is exceptional. We had burgers, pasta, and tacos and it was great so would recommend.

    Beautiful resort located in a greenery area on the side of a mountain and clean beach. It has many rooms with different levels on the mountain side. It has 5 or 6 swimming pools, gyms, free parking and kids entertainment facilities. It also has multiple diners that serve food almost all day as part of the Ultra inclusive rent. The staff are very cooperative and friendly. I would rate all of these facts more than 10 stars.
