We loved this stylish authentic cave hotel .It was immaculate and so comfortable.We loved the special features in the room like the singer sewing machine table .The bathroom was excellent best shower ever . Terrace area beautifully furnished and the dining room and staff are fabulous

Peaceful and quiet place far from busy streets. A very relaxing weekend. We enjoyed chatting with the owners 3 brothers and sisters. It was fun and we felt at home. The cave room was clean and spacious. The room temperature was cold and comfortable to sleep.

It is a small hotel with an excellent location in the town center, only two minutes away from the bus station. It has a rooftop restaurant and a lady who prepares the breakfast is very kind. The room was spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful — I booked the tours around Cappadocia, including hot air balloon flight through them and it was a lot more affordable than through third parties.

Very comfortable room with jacuzzi, fridge, comfortable bed. Good location in a quiet area, 10 minutes walk to the castle. Also, castle view. Amazing staff, great family run business with a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast is freshly made every day, contains of the home-made melazas and pickles. Access to the kitchen any time. Our 3-night, 4-day stay at Latona Stone Palace in Cappadocia was nothing short of perfect. We felt so lucky to have found this new hotel!! The staff are some of the kindest people and they treated us like family and went out of their way to help us plan every detail of our trip, from creating an itinerary for personalised for us to restaurant/transport recommendations. Thank you Alisan, Kivanc,and Cem for their recommendations and help! The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. Great air conditioning, perfect water pressure, and a super comfortable bed. Every little detail was thought through. The terrace to watch the balloons in the morning was so beautiful as well. We went to a paid scenic spot first but we thought the view from the terrace was actually much better. The location was also very central. It took us 3-4 minutes to walk to supermarkets and restaurants, 8-10 minutes to central Goreme and maximum 20-25 minutes to walk to sights. What really stood out was the breakfast. Every morning we were served a homemade, lovingly prepared spread that truly felt like a taste of local life. It was such a beautiful start to each day. I loved Zeynep & Selda’s food so much! It was also such a bonus that each day the breakfast was varied and with different highlights! They even prepared us sandwiches for our morning flight as we were going to miss the breakfast due to our early departure!

Castellum Cave Cappadocia is an excellent and clean hotel with exceptional staff, perfectly located in Uchisar with beautiful scenery of mountains and fairey chimneys! We arrived at the hotel for a very late check in at 3am on Friday 2 May, flying into Kayseri from Istanbul and had a seamless check-in. The ideal location places you steps away from Uchisar Castle, Pigeon Valley, excellent dining options and as well as lovely rooftop cafes. The hotel serves a halal breakfast and has amazing views of the hot air balloons at sunrise from the rooftop breakfast terrace. My husband and I booked the standard double room, which was clean, nice and spacious. Firstly, we would like to thank Firat the Hotel Manager for ensuring we had a wonderful stay from prior to arriving in Cappadocia to checking out on our last day. We would like to commend Firat for his continued professionalism and fantastic concierge services throughout our stay, who was always available to answer any questions we had both in person and via whats app. Firat was very helpful and transparent in terms of balloon prices prior to me leaving for Turkey, something which we very much appreciated and provided very helpful and useful tips regarding the balloon rides. On our first day, Firat kindly offered to upgrade our room to one of the Deluxe Suites, which we were very grateful for and thoroughly enjoyed using the hot tub during our short stay! Finally a huge thank to the hospitality and housekeeping team who made our stay special too with their helpfulness and willingness to attend to our need and questions. In summary a brilliant stay for us first timers visiting Cappadocia. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again :) Shahena & Tazwar
