The appearance, friendly staff very clean. Staff went out of their way to help with a reliable taxi driver who took us to and from the hospital daily even with a language barrier.

We had a truly wonderful time! The atmosphere and attention to detail throughout the property were absolutely beautiful, all thoughtfully curated by the lovely and incredibly talented owner. She took such great care of us, and it was a real joy getting to know her. The location is perfect—just a short distance from stunning beaches and great restaurants, yet incredibly peaceful with breathtaking views. We absolutely loved our room, and the food served by the pool was delicious. For art lovers, this place is a hidden gem. There are on-site exhibition spaces and creative workshops taking place, adding a unique and inspiring touch to the stay. We would return again and again to Kikonia. The energy of the village is truly something special. Highly recommended!

Lovely clean apartments, everything is new, spacious, everything you need is there (dishes, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, large refrigerator). Everything corresponds to the description and photos. If you have any problem the apartments owner Erdem will make the best to fix the problem. The beach is in 5-7 minutes of walk. I had the most incredible experience at this hotel! It truly exudes luxury and modernity. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat. The highlight was definitely the room with a breathtaking sea view and a pool. It felt like a dream! But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality of the hotel staff. From the owner, Mr. Ugur, to Mr. Serhat, Mr. Kubilay, Mr. Hamid, and Mr. Vedat, everyone treated me like a part of their family. Their warmth and genuine care made me feel so welcomed and appreciated. And let's talk about the food! The culinary experience at this hotel is beyond amazing. A special shout-out to Chef Duygu and Zeynep for creating such exceptional dishes. Every meal was a delight to the taste buds and a feast for the eyes. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It truly offers a natural and lovely experience that will leave you wanting to come back again and again.

We recently stayed at this villa, and it was an amazing experience. Located in the middle of beautiful orange groves, the setting was both peaceful and scenic, offering a quiet escape that felt very connected to the local area. Travelled out of season on the Lycian Trail. The only open hotel on the road, but we had to walk a bit (2300 m) the road is convenient. The owner is a very nice woman. The bungalow is cosy, we had bad pressure from the shower, but we took it as a new experience. Inside is clean, has everything you need (towels, shower gel, etc). Dinner and breakfast were unrivalled. Thank you so much for the warm welcome, would recommend to everyone. The views are amazing.

Lovely staff, very accommodating and kind. Host lent me money to cover my taxi when I arrived as there was no cash point near by. Breakfast was great. Perfect for a nice remote/calm peaceful lay over/ get away. Room and bathroom were very clean and AC worked really well. I would recommend this to anyone who asks.
