The property was absolutely clean , spacious with beautiful carpets. The owner is very helpful he would come and ask us if everything was ok. Breakfast was the best. The owner also arranged taxi for us to go up to the border. The best is his taxi driver was very honest because while paying him I accidentally forgot my I phone on his car and walked away. The driver came running all the way to hand over the phone which really touched our heart. We recommend everyone to please try to stay in this hotel to experience the customer service. Very close to bazar and restaurants.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. On arrival, there was bottled water and fresh fruit in the room. This was replenished daily. In addition, staff members checked on our needs and wishes each day. We booked one of the larger rooms on the first floor, with a view to the side of the hotel..

We arrived at 9:45 and they allowed us early check in. The hotel is situated in 2nd floor and construction of lift is in process ( so for some time you have to bear with it). Hotel staff helped us with luggage. Breakfast was delicious. People were very kind and sweet. Our stay felt like home. Breakfast was good despite our Indian taste. And lastly the hotel owner mr Ibrahim helped us with taxi to dushanbe at reasonable rates. He went with me to taxi stand and negotiated price on my behalf. The location is central to penjikent.
