The room and hotel had a luxury feel. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast tasty (not continental) but it had something for everyone. The staff was really friendly and attentive. Annie and Sun were very helpful.

This was not a hotel of my choice. I have booked in hotels but they were very far away. And I wasn't feeling too well.long flight the place was recommended by a taxi driver so I checked on booking.com and booked it. To my surprise it was one of the most friendly hotels I've ever stayed in and spotlessly clean. I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed te view from the room, the bed was super comfy. Whenever we used the pool it seemed like it was our private one. We also enjoyed the breakfast which included both Thai and Western staples. The best part is the staff and how welcoming they are. The hotel offers tuktuk shuttle service to metro and one time the scheduled tuk tuk was stuck in traffic, but another staff member quickly sorted out another option for us the get to metro line.
