The place is also near the Kigali International Convention Centre and one can opt to walk if not in a hurry and weather permitting. Maureen is a great host and was always at hand to assist. If in Kigali I will definitely be back here.

We loved our stay here. It was part of a family home and felt very homely. Our host was extremely kind and was very friendly. The breakfasts were delicious and she was able to cater for us as vegetarians (vegetable omelette, avocado, toast and a fruit plate). We were able to use the pool anytime we liked and this was an added bonus after a day out. We enjoyed watching the birds from our veranda too. There are several restaurants within walking distance and it felt a very safe neighbourhood when we walked back in the evening.
