We booked late in the afternoon and arrived only a few minutes later to find the owner ready and waiting for us already, which was a fantastic and very nice gesture. We were welcomed to an apartment at the ground floor of a huge block of flats, where we found that it was not only a great option to sleep, but it was a real "royal treat" with some extra small arrangments and delicate decorations which made the place very welcoming and cosy. Anywhere You look around, You can almost feel the magic hands of the owners, who know how to treat & welcome guests. We were simply shocked at the quality and comfort of all the beds, common area, toilet. We even had some snacks in the kitchen. Perfect WIFI signal and a fridge to take care of Your food and drinks in the summer. The owner made sure we had everything we needed for the night, all extra equipment, kettle, tea, radio, air-conditioning machine and so on. We parked next to the building as it is located next to the main road in the city, about 2 km from the center. All seemed to be freshly renovated and very tidy and clean. It is a pleasure to stay here. The area is very quiet and peaceful. All amenities were there - brand new towels, blankets, sheets, toiletries and so on - the owner earned our trust by giving us the access to the whole huge apartment with all the luxuries. We felt like at home and wished to stay longer, but were on a rush to get to the other serbian cities;)

Our stay in Niš was nothing short of amazing, and this accommodation was absolutely perfect in every way! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and impeccably clean. The modern design of the apartment made us feel right at home, and the amenities were simply top-notch. Everything we could have possibly needed was available to us, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. What truly made this experience stand out was our host. Not only was he the most helpful, kind, and attentive host we've ever had the pleasure of meeting, but he also went above and beyond from the very beginning. He greeted us early in the morning upon arrival and even carried our luggage to the apartment, which we appreciated so much after our long journey. Throughout our stay, he was always available to help us with anything we needed and even gave us fantastic recommendations for local cafés and restaurants. His tips made our experience in Niš even more special! No request was too much for him, and he ensured we had the best stay possible. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better host! If you're ever in Niš, do yourself a favor and book this place. It's an absolute gem, and you'll be in the best hands. We can't recommend it enough!

The place was very clean! Everything was new and modern. Fully stacked bathroom with everything you need. Secure private parking with barrier (we parked two motorcycles and had no issues). The host was lovely! Very helpful. We asked for food recommendations nearby and they took us to the best place. Even got local drinks waiting for us back at the apartment. Highly recommend
