Very hospitable, helpful and friendly hosts Saša and Dushan! Warm welcome, helpful suggestions about the region and a freshly prepared serbian appetizer (see pictures). The sauna is an amazing extra, the swimming pool will be ready by July. Wifi is good for the area (approx 15/3 Mbps).

This hotel has absolutely everything to make your business stay as pleasurable as possible. Rooms are very good and clean, beds are comfy, internet is good, breakfast is exceptional, gym is full of equipment. Restaurant is excellent ( try blueberry cheescake) , but if you would like to eat somewhere else, hotel is located in the middle of everything. Staff is really professional and helpfull, check in/out is always smooth, it's a pleasure to come back to this place every time.

It’s a new and very comfortable hotel. Excellent staff, doing their best to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. I upgraded my room to their suite with the terrace, and it was lovely. Great value for the money and the large terrace makes the room even more appealing!

I recently stayed at Fine apartments Nis with my family and we were very pleased with our experience. The apartment’s location is hard to beat – it sits right in the centre of Niš, above the pedestrian street, so everything from King Milan Square to the main shopping promenade is just a short walk away booking.com . We liked having a balcony where we could enjoy our morning coffee, and the free parking in the centre was a real bonus
