The Convent's historic nature is fabulous. Seldom have I been surrounding by such beauty. The Convent has been restored with great care and one feels as if they are stepping back in time. Abundant fruit trees surround the Convent and the pool creating an idylic setting.

The staff are amazing and helpful, we broke down 5mins away and they went above and beyond to help us from organising the mechanic to making sure we had everything we needed and recommended places to eat etc making our stay stress free. Also the interior design and building in general is beautifully done, great use of vintage furniture and modern styling 👌🏻

This hotel is stunning! Everything about it is pure luxury. Decked out in marble, the rooms and facilities are incredible. The owner owns a marble quarry, so the design of the hotel is fully fitted out in marble. It is rare and world class. The daily breakfast was impeccable and the servers were so kind and spoke in French, English and Portuguese. The staff went over and above and we booked in a wine tasting with the chef of the restaurant and it was amazing!!
