We had the best stay at villa Anna Splendid. It exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Alexey and Anna made us feel completely at home. They were warm, friendly, and always available if we needed anything — thanks to them, we never went without a single thing. The villa is gorgeous inside and out. We saw the best sunsets of our lives from there. The facilities were great: the infinity pool was lovely, the kitchen had everything we needed (and more), and the private sauna was such a treat. It was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Perfect place to unwind.

Beautiful, spacious, well designed and stylish apartment in a century old villa in a lovely village. Perfect place to visit the western part of the island, and we also used it as our base to actually visit the whole island. Monique was really responsive and helpful in arranging any needs arose, from laundry to renting the car of the villa. The guide book Monique prepared for the visitors is an excellent piece of art, giving hints and suggestions for how to use the apartment, what to do in the nearby area, and the must-to-visit places on the whole island! I stayed in the Country Suite for 1 night, the room is beautifully decorated and had a helpful book about São Miguel Island with recommendations for restaurants and places to visit whilst on the Island. I also liked the bath salts and the reduction in plastic for the toiletries. The villa and area is peaceful and is only about a 10 minute drive from Sete Cidades, Mosteiros and Feteiras.

We really liked this nice and convenient house. It is in a very quiet place. We especially enjoyed the terrace with the magnificent view to the sea and sunsets. We could always find a place for parking a few minutes away in the street close to the fishing port. The house was equipped with everything what we needed. Wi-Fi works perfectly .We did not meet the host in person, but he always responded quickly via the app.

Great location, walking distance from markets, restaurants, bakery, natural pools and the Mosteiros beach. Very nice sunset from the upstairs balcony, and early morning sunrise from the BBQ area. Everything was super clean and the kitchen and BBQ area were well equipped with everything we needed. The parking was convenient too with a gate leading to a paved back area behind the house. Mandy was a great host and was quick to answer questions we had.

Charming apartments in the charming village of Mosteiros. Close to the beach to enjoy the sunsets. With a parking place in the yard. Very nice outdoor barbecue spot. The home additive is a beautiful cat that considers these apartments its own and at the first opportunity will enter the house (through the door or through the open windows).
