The lady staff checked us in very nice and cheerful, patient and helpful. We are lucky that we use their parking space though they said reservation is not possible. Newly decorated, very thoroughly designed, everything is in its right place, and you can see/feel lady's decent and thoughtful there. A little lift to help moving the big luggages up to the room and down to the ground floor when checking out. Restaurant lady also very cheerful and nice.
