We liked the unit and its location—ideal for a family getaway. The amenities were excellent and the facilities complete. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I had an amazing stay at the villa! The place was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. There were plenty of activities to do, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Everything is exceptional. Even Tiyo (caretaker) very friendly and helpful. The owner also is very accommodating and responsive. They even help us look for Lucban Longganisa and delivered to our villa. Plus the free Mangos :)) . If u found negative feedback on google reviews especially those flies etc its a lie (hindi sya malangaw at all)

The property was absolutely amazing. It wasnt a busy time when we went so it’s like we had the whole place to ourselves. It was a very relaxing place and the spa was just beautiful. The pool was also clean, both the main pool and the premier pool. They also gave us a free calamansi from their own garden which was very lovely.

The entire house was clean and tidy. We have everything we need, with kitchen appliances and utensils - we just need to bring the food we plan on cooking as shops and restaurants are a bit out of the way from this gated community. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The clubhouse pool, which is about 8-10mins walk from the villa is great with 3 mini jacuzzi pools (at time of our visit, maintenance was on Wednesdays). You can use kayaks free of charge but needs to be within certain times. Bikes are free for use too. Great place to unwind with friends and family.

The owners are so accomodating.staff are friendly. The property is so big for a family. Amenities are complete .merienda was given for free. Breakfast likewise is free.
