Nice hotel, we spent there 2 nights on our travel across Oman. It is expected 3 star hotel. The staff is helpful, breakfast is ordinary. The room was a bit dark, but we were there only to sleep, it was ok.

EVERYTHING!! Beds are very confortable with curtains, AC, clean, organized, modern, nice garden, cosy dinning room with big tv and sofas to rest amd talk to other travelers. breakfast is really good. The best is the owner, ‘ZOU’, he would do anything to make you feel like at home or even better. He knows Oman very well and will help u with rental car, planning, etc. One of my top hostels that i have been in my last 30 years of traveling.

Location is excellent Hotel is brand new so everything is in top condition. The rooms are great (we had the ocean view deluxe). The pool is excellent, cooled and clean. The breakfast was high quality and had a good variety. The water pressure is excellent. Every detail has been thought through.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The location is ideal, being very close to the beach, which made it convenient and enjoyable for daily walks and relaxation. The facilities were excellent, particularly the swimming pool and gym, both of which were clean, well-maintained, and added great value to the overall stay. The host was extremely professional, courteous, and responsive, ensuring that every aspect of the visit was smooth and comfortable. The accommodation itself was spotless, well-furnished, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant and productive stay. Everything: first of all, the staff is very nice, kind, attentive and helpful. Had some issue with a noisy neighbour, they promptly gave me another room. Nice pool on the rooftop and gym. Breakfast and dinner were always tasty and various. It was a really delightful stay.
