Beechwood Boutique Accommodation are fabulous to holiday with. Everything is perfect, clean and comfortable and they have a laundry for your use as well. The hosts are so considerate and welcoming. It is close to the Botanical Gardens and Bird Aviary which are a must see when you visit Dunedin, especially in October/November for full on flowers. The city shops are in walking distance approximately 10 minute easy walk or bus stop close by. Thankyou kindly for making my holiday so pleasant, I enjoyed it thoroughly.

The apartment looked fantastic and the owners/staff were very friendly. There were a lot of extra things in the apartment that we didn't expect but definitely loved like heated blankets, body wash, coffee, milk, bread, different spreads, etc... The location is also very central. We can definitely recommend this place!
