Clean, comfortable, homely, cooking facilities, close to the main town and the university and Julie and Mike and Mel were super nice. We have found our regular spot to stay in Dunedin. Beautiful grounds, super comfy beds and lots of space for 2-4 people. Everything had been thought of for guest comfort. Very comfortable stay. Cat came to visit us in the evening which my daughter loved, but mindful if allergic to cats to let owner know. Car definately required as house is in the hills
