Location on 5th avenue, all restaurants nearby. Supermarket nearby. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided free of charge from hotel. The beach is 5 minutes away. We were in a Bungalow and it was a paradise of silence. The birds were singing. Staff are very helpful.

New apartment hotel in an excellent location - just a block from the bus to the airport, a short walk to supermarkets and with good, reasonably priced and less-touristy restaurants nearby. Super spacious and well-equipped suites. 3 balconies, 2 of them large, in our 2-bedroom suite.

We absolutely loved this resort. The facilities are great, the service is excellent, the food is tasty and its just overall beautiful. Daily and nightly entertainment was great too. We are so glad we ended our trip to Mexico with a super relaxing and luxurious week here.

When we arrived, there was a letter from the hotel promising that the staff will do anything to exceed our expectations. What a plain-vanilla message we thought - also because our expectations were already very high. Well, we erred. The staff and the service they provided exceeded our expectations in any respect. For example, the waiters were utmost attentive, the chefs were great (food was outstanding), the cleaning staff came at any time to clean everything perfectly while we were not in the room and the entertainment team was amazingly entertaining and so funny, with Toni (Montana) being our favorite! Every staff member spreads joy and hospitality and they seem to love what they do - most probably because they are so good at what they are doing. Muchas gracias, hasta la próxima vez!
