We were unlucky that on our first night, our neighbours were unfortunately loud late at night. When we complained, the hotel went above and beyond and gave us our own secluded rooms away from the previous rooms. This is exceptional client service and would definitely return. Food was delicious, a real escape from the Riviera Mayan resort feel.

The best place I have ever stayed! The entire experience oozed luxury. From start to finish, we were amazed. The staff were incredible, there to make sure we had the best time and catered to our every need. Our room, the restaurants, all the facilities were perfect. The hosts were superb - friendly and helpful. We stayed here after a long road trip around the Yucatan. It was a great way to decompress and enjoy a quiet area. We could have taken advantage of all the Bahia amenities but chose to enjoy the Country Club setting itself. We played a round of golf on the Par 3 course which was tricky but fun - especially with a family of coatis to greet us on the 5th! The bird and animal life on the estate is impressive as are all the amenities such as the restaurants and hotels. The room was spotless, comfortable and spacious and we greatly appreciated the pool with a view! We made use of the fridge and were impressed with the microwave although were not sure how one could use it without utensils etc. The view over the water and jungle was lovely.
