I think the location is fine if you are travelling all around Malta but if you are only visiting St Julian, Valetta or Paceville, the location isn't worth it in my opinion. Restaurants provided tasty food at not unreasonable prices. (There is a Michelin star restaurant that we didn't try.) Included breakfast was quite good value with some interesting maltese specialities on offer. Pool area was welcoming and quite stylish. Gardens for the President's palace are worth a visit.
