Overall an excellent stay. We arrived after 2am due to a delayed flight, but everything was ready when we arrived. We had a very warm welcome from the staff the next morning and were even given a room upgrade, which was very nice. Rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. The owners Damir and Ana couldn't have been more helpful, and offered a personal touch which we haven't experienced for a long time. Damir went out of his way to show us around, even taking us to Matka Canyon. We had a splendid time and plan on staying again.

I appreciate a very kind and caring manager. Despite our delay (unexpected traffic jam) at check-in, the manager welcomed us with patience. He tried to provide maximum for our comfortable stay and I definitely say on behalf of our whole group, we felt really well. Clean apartment, close to the city center. We were glad for cozy and elegant furniture, enough of kitchen inventar and clean AC. In one word: EXCEPTIONAL. In one sentence: When we return to Skopje, we will make sure to book this specific apartment.

I had a pleasant stay there, the owners where very very nice and helpful, the place vas very easy to have access, close to center, close to malls, close to sport fields 5 to 7 min of driving and there you have everything I mention, by the way there is no trafik jam in that area Wonderful place no words!

It was clean and tidy. We actually booked 2 suites just before we arrived, and we were very quickly allocated the suites. Because we booked in the last minute, one of the suites was not ready yet. Just with one call, the room was changed. The guy on the phone was very helpful and polite. Another positive point is the location. Also the street parking is free from 3pm on Saturday, so we didn't pay the extra €5 for the car park.

The apartment was very spacious, perfect for families or group of couples with separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The location and is view are amazing . Milan from the staff is very friendly and supportive . He gave us info about a free car parking nearby and nearby exhchange office. We even checked in earlier than the time set on booking ,when the room was ready

The location was superb and the apartment is pretty suitable for a short visit, 1 or 2 days. Overall I would say the apartment is clean and comfortable. Yugoslav was a really good host and helpful. Please keep in mind that the apartment is away from car parking about 3-4 mins by walking. The parking lot is like inside yard of a building community, entry with a parking ticket (Yugoslav might be able to validate the ticket before you leave).

Private apartment, nicely located very close to Macedonia Square about 10 minutes walk. Nice and clean with lifts to the floors with paid for parking underground on request albeit free parking nearby as well. Host was extremely helpful and ensured we were adequately supported. Cafe at the bottom of the block and a restaurant right across with more on the main road 2 minutes walk away for choice.

The apartment is so spaciuos and cozy. Perfect also for a longer stay. The location is perfect. Directly in the heart of Skopje. Everything is in walking distance. And there are free parking lots in the backyard. The host was super friendly and made everything that we feel comfortable. We highly recommend Kolev apartments when you're in Skopje.

Luka was a very kind, professional, and organized host. Upon arrival, he met us at the parking lot to show us our free parking spot and hand us the keys. He even helped us bring our suitcase up which was kind. He showed us around the apartment and asked us if we needed anything before he left and told us that we could always reach him by phone. The location was superb. Literally a 10 minute walk from the center. The apartment was spotless and clean. Great facilities. We actually would’ve stayed even longer if the itinerary allowed.

Goran was a welcoming and jovial host. We communicated very effectively with him. The apartment is clean, new, nicely decorated, with good taste and equipped with everything you need, just like at home. Located in a safe and quiet area of the city and close to the mall. We had secured parking in the underground parking lot. We felt good and we will come back anytime with pleasure.
